What data is collected and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message. Used only to reply to your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
• WhatsApp and email: if you contact me directly, your data is handled by those services under their own policies and used only to reply.
• Server logs: the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) records IP address, date and requested page for security, for a limited time. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
• Google Analytics 4: only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. IP anonymised. Measures visits in aggregate. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer. Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA) under the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework.
• Google Fonts: the font is loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in displaying the site correctly.

Cookies

No cookie is set before consent. With consent, Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.

Recipients

Hosting provider, Google (only with consent), email provider. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Write to artist@claudiodominici.art.
