PLUTON

The work is a visionary immersion into the underworld, imagined as the realm of Pluto. A storm of flaming reds, incandescent yellows and acid greens invades the surface, alternating with darker, deeper areas, almost visual burns opening gaps towards a restless afterlife. The broad, rapid brushstrokes create vortices and fissures of colour that seem to swallow the gaze, like fiery, chaotic currents of a subterranean world.

The chromatic overlays and contrasting directions of the strokes evoke a constant tension between fire and darkness, between vital energy and destruction. It is an abstract yet intensely emotional representation, where the gestural language becomes a metaphor for a symbolic journey into invisible depths, towards the enigmatic and powerful kingdom of Pluto.
