TEMPLUM
The Temple of Colours
The work develops as a vertical architectural structure inspired by the form of a temple. The central axis is marked by four chromatic panels, yellow, blue, green and red, which symbolically recall altars or rooms devoted to the fundamental elements. On the sides, orderly sequences of coloured modules and sharp black and white contrasts recall mosaics and decorative bas-reliefs typical of monumental façades.
The rigorous symmetry and the rhythmic alternation of forms give the work a solemn, almost ceremonial character, turning geometric abstraction into a symbolic architecture to be observed as if it were a sacred place.
It proposes a reflection on the relationship between order, perception and structure, placing the viewer inside a calibrated and intentional visual system.
